This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, focused on transforming complex business needs into structured, data-driven solutions. You will act as a key connector between stakeholders, engineering, and architecture teams, ensuring that data initiatives are properly understood, defined, and executed end-to-end. The position requires strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements. You will also play an active role in discovery processes, leveraging data analysis and AI tools to accelerate insights and decision-making. Working in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment, you will contribute to shaping scalable data products and improving how organizations use information. This is a strategic and hands-on role with direct impact on data-driven transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:

• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear and structured data and technical requirements.
• Analyze datasets, tables, and end-to-end data flows to support discovery and solution design processes.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to help define scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Use generative AI tools and copilots to accelerate analysis, exploration, and insight generation.
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment.
• Support prioritization and structuring of demand based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Ensure adherence to data best practices, governance, and alignment with technical standards across initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or BI Analyst working with data-driven environments.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical and data specifications.
• Experience analyzing datasets, data volume, and performing cross-data analysis.
• Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and data structures.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Experience interacting with technical teams such as Architecture, DevOps, and Engineering.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and structured IT service environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Interest or hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence applied to data and analytics contexts.
• Nice to have: experience with tech products, Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark), Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot), and agile BI environments.
