This role sits at the intersection of business needs and technology delivery within a large healthcare environment focused on improving service quality and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear technical specifications, supporting the design of digital solutions and process improvements that directly impact healthcare operations. The position involves close collaboration with development teams, stakeholders, and end users to ensure alignment between expectations and delivered solutions. You will also contribute to automation initiatives, helping streamline workflows and enhance productivity across the organization. Working in a mission-driven context, your analyses will support better decision-making and improved patient-related services. This is a highly collaborative role where communication, structure, and attention to detail are essential.
Accountabilities:
- Support the end-to-end analysis of business needs by gathering, documenting, and validating requirements, ensuring they are properly translated into technical specifications for development teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, contributing to more efficient workflows and better system integration across business areas.
- Follow up on development progress, validate delivered solutions, and ensure alignment with initial requirements through testing, homologation, and user acceptance activities.
- Assist in deployment and rollout processes, ensuring smooth implementation and providing ongoing support for systems and business users.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify needs, resolve issues, and ensure continuous improvement of digital products and internal processes.
- Completed high school education, with higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields considered a strong advantage.
- Experience in business analysis within IT environments, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases for data querying and analysis.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools such as UML and BPMN, as well as basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Exposure to corporate IT environments, with understanding of system workflows, security principles, and LGPD data protection guidelines.
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to translate business needs into structured technical solutions.
