This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, technical support, and product delivery within a highly specialized insurance technology environment. You will act as a key bridge between clients, product, and development teams, ensuring that functional requirements are correctly understood, validated, and implemented. The position involves analyzing incidents, supporting system configurations, and ensuring smooth delivery of technical solutions for insurance platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical specifications while maintaining quality and governance standards. In this role, you will also contribute to troubleshooting, client support, and continuous improvement of system processes. It is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with technical execution in a regulated and complex industry.


Accountabilities:

  • Provide support to clients by handling questions, incidents, and operational issues related to system usage and platform functionality.
  • Analyze and classify support tickets, reproducing reported issues and documenting evidence for resolution by development teams.
  • Validate functional specifications produced by product teams, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, product, and development teams, ensuring clear communication of business needs and technical constraints.
  • Support system implementation activities, including parameterization, deployment, and client onboarding processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and structuring of project activities, contributing ideas to improve delivery efficiency and solution quality.
  • Participate in client meetings and status updates, supporting relationship teams when needed.
  • Provide technical support to internal testers and assist in defining detailed business requirements for developers.
  • Act as a backup for leadership in ticket triage and prioritization when required.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation and technical processes.
  • Deliver technical training sessions for internal teams and/or clients when necessary.
  • Requirements:

    • Technical diploma or ongoing degree in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
    • Experience working in the insurance industry, regardless of specific functional area.
    • Solid understanding of SQL for data analysis and issue troubleshooting.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyze problems, reproduce issues, and propose structured solutions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
    • Basic technical English is considered a strong advantage.
    • Hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work in structured, regulated environments.
