This senior Business Analyst role is focused on bridging business needs and technology delivery within agile environments, ensuring that complex requirements are properly understood, structured, and translated into actionable solutions. You will play a key role in uncovering real stakeholder needs beyond stated requests, shaping them into well-defined user stories and functional/non-functional requirements. Working closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact digital products. The role involves facilitation of workshops, continuous interaction with multidisciplinary teams, and active participation in agile ceremonies. You will also help ensure alignment between business strategy and technical execution, while promoting user-centered and data-driven decision-making. This is a highly collaborative and influential position in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and meetings to identify, map, and structure business needs into clear and actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to analyze requirements and translate them into user stories and system requirements for sprint execution.
• Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Support development teams during sprint execution, contributing directly to backlog refinement and task clarification.
• Uncover underlying business needs beyond explicit requests, ensuring solutions address real user problems and value creation opportunities.
• Apply agile methodologies and business analysis practices to support MVP definition, product evolution, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the understanding of business processes, systems, and rules to ensure effective solution design.
• Manage and prioritize own workload, proactively communicating delays or risks to the team.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree completed.
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and product/service environments.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and agile delivery environments (Scrum and Lean Startup).
• Ability to model business needs using maps, diagrams, user stories, and structured documentation.
• Hands-on experience with facilitation techniques such as Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and UX Design.
• Knowledge of MVP (Minimum Viable Product) concepts and agile requirement practices.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable solutions.
• Experience working closely with stakeholders, users, and development teams in complex environments.
• Certifications such as ECBA (IIBA) or CPRE are considered highly valuable.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and facilitation skills, with a user-centered mindset.
