This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and ensuring successful software implementations. In this role, you will guide new customers through the onboarding journey, helping them adopt and maximize the value of the platform with confidence and efficiency. You will work closely with clients to configure environments, deliver training sessions, and ensure a smooth transition into daily operations. The position combines customer success, onboarding strategy, and technology in a fully remote environment with strong opportunities for professional growth. Ideal candidates are proactive, communicative, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to continuous product and process improvement.


Accountabilities:

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring a smooth and successful adoption of the platform.
  • Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to help clients effectively use the software in their daily operations.
  • Configure system environments according to each client’s operational and business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Identify opportunities for process and product improvements based on customer feedback and operational insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize onboarding workflows and customer success initiatives.
  • Support clients with questions related to software usage, implementation, and operational best practices.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and ensure customers achieve expected outcomes within established timelines.
  • Requirements:

    • Experience with software implementation and onboarding processes.
    • Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry.
    • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and administrative routines.
    • Knowledge of financial and operational workflows is considered a plus.
    • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Excel/spreadsheet tools.
    • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
    • Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
    • Degree or Technologist education in related fields is preferred.
    • Experience in customer success, tourism, or technology-related environments is a plus.
