This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Processos based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for a process improvement professional to help drive operational efficiency through data, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role focuses on mapping, analyzing, and optimizing processes to create scalable solutions and measurable business impact.
You will work across different areas, identifying opportunities, structuring challenges, and implementing improvements from end to end.
The position combines process management, technology, and analytical thinking to support smarter decision-making.
You will contribute to automation initiatives, including the use of artificial intelligence and workflow solutions.
Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and play an important role in improving operational performance.

Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for analyzing, improving, and evolving operational processes by combining structured problem-solving, data analysis, and technology-driven solutions. The professional will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and ensure sustainable results through efficient workflows and performance indicators.

• Map and diagnose processes, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending effective solutions.
• Lead end-to-end improvement projects, from problem definition and analysis through implementation and results monitoring.
• Create and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and actionable metrics to improve visibility into operational performance.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across processes, indicators, and automation initiatives.
• Implement process automation solutions using technological tools, integrations, workflows, and artificial intelligence resources.
• Support teams in adopting process management practices and improving operational efficiency.
• Manage ambiguous scenarios by structuring problems, engaging stakeholders, and driving practical solutions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an analytical and proactive professional with experience in process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the ability to communicate effectively with different teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in process mapping and implementing improvements with measurable impact.
• Experience with process automation using automation platforms, triggers, workflows, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of process modeling and management tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple demands independently.
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
• Experience working in technology companies or dynamic environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages for automation, such as Google Apps Script, Python, or similar, is desirable.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms is an advantage.
