Analista de Produtos Sênior - Wallet & Banking
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Produtos Sênior [PIX] - Wallet & Banking based in Brazil.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving PIX products within a large-scale fintech ecosystem.
You will translate market needs, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements into clear and executable product strategies.
The role combines product vision, data-driven decision-making, roadmap management, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and other stakeholders to deliver relevant and competitive payment solutions.
Your analysis will help identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and improve the customer experience across digital financial services.
You will also contribute to squad leadership, backlog refinement, and the continuous evolution of the product portfolio.

Accountabilities:
- Define and continuously evolve the strategy for PIX products, connecting customers to a broader ecosystem of payment and financial services.
- Translate fintech market demands, customer needs, and business opportunities into actionable product strategies and executable roadmaps.
- Manage quarterly and annual product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives according to business impact, customer value, feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
- Track the progress of strategic initiatives and maintain alignment with internal stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Establish and monitor product KPIs, using data and performance indicators to evaluate results and guide decision-making.
- Conduct analyses using Databricks and transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation, efficiency, and increased competitiveness in the payments ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and other teams to implement banking integrations and ensure alignment with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate squad activities, support sprint planning, and refine the product backlog in partnership with Engineering.
- Communicate business context, priorities, and product objectives clearly to technical teams and other stakeholders.
- Follow products throughout their lifecycle, from conception and development through market launch, maintenance, and continuous evolution.
- Proven experience in product management or product analysis, preferably within fintech, payments, banking, digital financial services, or a related environment.
- Strong product vision and the ability to define strategies focused on customer value, business impact, and execution feasibility.
- Experience building and managing quarterly and annual product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives and monitoring delivery with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience defining KPIs, interpreting product performance data, and generating actionable business recommendations.
- Experience working with data analysis environments such as Databricks is highly relevant.
- Understanding of PIX, payment products, banking integrations, and the Brazilian fintech ecosystem is strongly desirable.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and experience collaborating with Compliance and Risk teams.
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams, including backlog refinement, sprint coordination, and translating business needs into technical context.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align multidisciplinary teams around product objectives.
- Analytical, structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and complex business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education background, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
