Analista de Qualidade

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Analista de Qualidade in Brazil.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products throughout the entire development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve testing strategies, combining both manual and automated approaches. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to product excellence by identifying issues early and enhancing user experience. You will play a key role in defining quality standards and supporting agile development practices. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on continuous improvement. Accountabilities:

• Plan, design, and execute test cases, including manual and automated testing scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Define and implement testing strategies, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure software quality across different environments, including staging and production.
• Collaborate with product, development, and UX teams to align quality expectations and improve user experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst at a mid-level (Pleno) position.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing for front-end and/or back-end systems.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality excellence.
