Analista de Qualidade de Software

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Qualidade de Software based in Brazil.

As a Software Quality Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of digital solutions. You will support product teams by identifying issues, analyzing defects, and contributing to the resolution of quality challenges. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on innovation, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. You will help strengthen software quality standards by applying problem-solving skills and supporting teams in delivering better solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated by the challenge of improving products through effective quality practices.

Accountabilities:

• Support product teams by identifying quality issues and providing recommendations for correcting non-conformities and improving service quality.
• Perform analysis of software failures, investigate root causes, and contribute to effective problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure that products and processes meet expected quality standards and user requirements.
• Participate in discussions around process optimization, methodologies, and improvements to delivery workflows.
• Provide support during critical situations by applying problem-solving skills and helping teams manage operational challenges.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed higher education in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace tools and digital collaboration platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze issues and identify practical solutions.
• Ability to handle challenges, manage priorities, and contribute effectively during critical situations.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to continuously learn and improve processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
