We are looking for a skilled professional to act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, documented, and delivered effectively.
This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and project teams to transform ideas into structured solutions.
You will contribute to projects by analyzing processes, identifying improvements, and supporting successful software delivery.

This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in São Paulo state, with an initial onboarding process completed onsite.
Accountabilities:
The Analista de Requisitos will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. The role requires proactive communication, documentation skills, and the ability to support teams in delivering effective solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Understand business needs and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Create and maintain requirement documents, use cases, process flows, and related documentation.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, development teams, and other areas involved in projects.
- Support technical teams by clarifying requirements and answering questions throughout implementation.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts related to requirement changes during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure requirement traceability and validation with business users.
- Work collaboratively within agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Support acceptance testing and requirement validation processes when necessary.
- Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst.
- Experience with requirements elicitation techniques and documentation practices.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with different stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze scenarios, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions.
- Experience with software development processes and system architecture is a plus.
- Experience working on large-scale projects and complex systems is desirable.
- Experience with acceptance testing and requirement validation is a differentiator.
- Knowledge or experience related to tax reform projects is a plus.
- Must reside in São Paulo state due to initial onboarding requirements.
