In this role, you will be part of a highly collaborative technology team responsible for defining and structuring requirements that directly support the development of scalable and robust software solutions. You will act as a key link between business needs and technical execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Your work will influence systems used by thousands of users across major organizations, making requirements accuracy critical to product success. You will participate in workshops, documentation, validation sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities, helping transform complex needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications. Accountabilities
You will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, documenting, and managing system requirements, ensuring that development teams have clear and structured specifications to build reliable solutions. You will also support process standardization and contribute to continuous improvement of requirements practices across projects.
- Elicit, document, prioritize, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
- Define and maintain use cases, system rules, and business logic specifications
- Structure and document user interfaces, reports, audit trails, and system messages
- Develop and maintain requirement artifacts such as glossaries, access matrices, and supplementary specifications
- Participate in requirement approval meetings and stakeholder validation sessions
- Support developers by clarifying requirements and ensuring correct interpretation
- Maintain requirement traceability, classification of information, and process documentation
- Contribute to prototypes and assist in defining system behaviors and workflows
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent specialization in IT)
- Solid experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and specification
- Knowledge of use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, and system modeling
- Ability to define business rules, system interfaces, and user experience flows
- Experience working with development teams in structured software environments
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and developers
- Certifications such as CPRE or IBM Requirements Management (preferred)
