Analista de Sistemas - Java

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Sistemas - Java based in Brazil.

This is a hands-on systems role focused on maintaining the stability, quality, and continuity of a business-critical educational ERP platform.
You will diagnose customer-reported incidents, investigate root causes, and implement targeted solutions across the application stack.
The role combines backend and frontend development with troubleshooting, integrations, databases, and software architecture.
You will work with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, relational databases, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaboration with N1 and N2 support teams and senior technical professionals will be essential for resolving complex issues efficiently.
You will also contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, automated testing, and continuous improvements to the platform.

Accountabilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents reported by customers, working with senior professionals when issues require deeper technical investigation.

• Implement workarounds and targeted fixes using Java/Spring and Angular.

• Analyze application logs, databases, integrations, and related technical information to identify the root causes of reported problems.

• Prioritize and resolve support requests according to severity, business impact, and established SLAs in collaboration with N1 and N2 teams.

• Investigate integration issues and contribute to the reliability of services and interconnected systems.

• Document technical analyses, diagnoses, workarounds, and permanent solutions to strengthen the team's knowledge base.

• Contribute to the stability, quality, performance, and operational continuity of the educational ERP platform.

• Apply software engineering best practices, automated testing, version control, and continuous delivery practices.

• Support improvements to application architecture, microservices, and system decoupling where appropriate.

• Collaborate with technical and support teams to improve incident resolution processes and overall service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education in Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Professional experience in full-stack development using Java.

• Strong experience with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

• Frontend development experience with Angular.

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.

• Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

• Experience with Git and source-code version control.

• Understanding of software architecture and application design principles.

• Experience integrating different systems and services.

• Practical experience with microservices architectures and application decoupling.

• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery practices.

• Experience with automated testing and software development best practices.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with support and development teams and communicate technical issues clearly.

• Certifications in Java, Spring Framework, Angular/React, Docker, DevOps, Scrum, or Kanban are advantageous.

• Experience with educational technology products is a plus.

• Experience contributing to technology transformation and legacy-system modernization projects is desirable.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted software engineering is a plus.

• Oracle Java certifications are advantageous.
