This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Sistemas PL based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for a mid-level Systems Analyst to work at the intersection of technology, integrations, and customer needs.
You will help ensure that integrations with external systems remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
The role combines technical analysis, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and project support in a fully remote environment.
You will investigate complex issues across databases, APIs, logs, and observability tools while driving effective solutions.
You will also contribute to integration projects, customizations, testing, documentation, and ERP migrations.
The position offers meaningful autonomy and close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
It is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and turning technical requirements into practical outcomes.


Accountabilities:

  • Manage the development, testing, and validation of system integrations in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring requirements are understood and deliveries meet expectations.
  • Manage test environments and validate new integrations, checking the accuracy and consistency of information exchanged between systems.
  • Monitor existing integrations by analyzing databases, transaction data, logs, and observability dashboards to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Investigate and solve complex technical problems arising during integration projects and day-to-day operations.
  • Document projects, technical processes, and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and support internal teams.
  • Define technical requirements and scopes for customer customizations, translating business needs into clear and actionable specifications.
  • Estimate technical effort and development costs for customization proposals and contribute to scope and priority discussions.
  • Support and conduct ERP migrations for active customers, helping maintain integration continuity and data integrity throughout the transition.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, communicating technical findings and proposed solutions clearly.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, or a related field.
    • Practical experience debugging and interpreting JSON logs and investigating technical issues across different systems.
    • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems, including process management, software installation, and remote access.
    • Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, with the ability to create and analyze queries and interpret data from different sources.
    • Understanding of system integration concepts, including APIs and Web Services.
    • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Postman, MongoDB, Grafana, or comparable technologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to structure complex information and identify root causes.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • A collaborative, curious, resilient, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
    • Advanced English is considered an advantage.
    • Certifications or training in Agile methodologies or Project Management are a plus.
    • Experience with technical-commercial estimates, development effort costing, CRM or e-commerce integrations, API-based integration projects, technical support, or ERP migrations is desirable.
