This role is focused on supporting and evolving critical backoffice systems within a complex and mission-driven environment dedicated to transforming healthcare through technology and education. You will play a key part in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems, particularly within the TOTVS RM ecosystem. The position involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions. You will contribute to integrations, automations, and data-driven improvements that enhance administrative and financial processes. Operating in a remote and collaborative setup, you will be part of a highly engaged team focused on innovation and digital transformation. Accountabilities:

• Support the maintenance, evolution, and implementation of TOTVS RM backoffice modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Perform system parametrizations, creation of visual formulas, metadata configuration, and other RM artifacts to improve business processes.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server queries to support technical analysis and operational demands.
• Contribute to system integrations and automation of routines across internal platforms and external services.
• Collaborate with business areas to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in digital transformation and system evolution projects focused on backoffice processes.
• Work closely with technical and business teams in a proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with TOTVS RM systems, especially backoffice modules, including support, implementation, or configuration.
• Knowledge of visual formulas, metadata configuration, and parametrization within TOTVS RM.
• Strong experience with SQL Server for querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with system integrations and Web Services.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
