This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Sistemas Pleno based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote opportunity focused on building and improving business processes through ServiceNow.
You’ll translate business needs into scalable workflows, automations, integrations, and technical solutions.
The role combines systems analysis, low-code development, JavaScript, data modeling, and API integrations.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Your work will contribute to greater efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation and system integration.

You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to initiatives involving portals, mobile applications, chatbots, and related technologies.

Accountabilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into system rules, workflows, and technical specifications.

• Build and customize workflows, automations, and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

• Develop and monitor integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using SOAP and REST technologies.

• Model data, entities, and relationships based on business processes and operational requirements.

• Identify opportunities for automation and integration, proposing scalable and creative solutions to business challenges.

• Contribute to initiatives involving portals, mobile applications, chatbots, and other technology solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication and high-quality technical documentation.

• Stay current with relevant technologies and practices while contributing proactively to a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience analyzing, specifying, and customizing business workflows and processes.

• Knowledge of development in low-code platforms and solid programming logic.

• Working knowledge of JavaScript.

• Familiarity with system integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.

• Ability to model data, entities, and relationships based on business processes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for producing and maintaining technical documentation.

• Proactive and curious mindset, with autonomy and willingness to continuously learn.

• Creativity and structured problem-solving skills when addressing technical and business challenges.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and work in a multidisciplinary environment.
