This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Testes | Crédito 2 - Comercial | Cresol Confederação based in Brazil.

This role is focused on ensuring the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of software solutions within a collaborative and agile technology environment. You will act as a key quality advocate within the team, supporting the delivery of robust web and API applications through structured testing strategies and strong alignment with development teams. The position involves both manual and automated testing activities, with an emphasis on building scalable test scenarios and maintaining high standards of software quality across releases. You will contribute to planning, execution, and documentation of testing cycles while actively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. The environment is highly collaborative, agile-driven, and oriented toward continuous learning, transparency, and shared ownership of product quality.


Accountabilities:

  • Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications and APIs, ensuring coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, testing strategies, and quality documentation, including evidence reports and regression testing frameworks.
  • Identify, report, and track bugs, risks, and issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to define test scenarios, validate new releases, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and daily team alignments, ensuring quality is embedded in delivery cycles.
  • Build and maintain automated test scripts and contribute to continuous testing practices.
  • Define and execute progressive and regression test cycles aligned with release timelines.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and foster a culture of quality, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Requirements:

    • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT fields.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test Analyst or QA professional.
    • Strong experience with functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
    • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
    • Experience in test automation script development and maintenance.
    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
    • Familiarity with BDD practices and test scenario design.
    • Solid understanding of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries (SQL, TSQL, or PL/SQL).
    • Experience with Git for version control and collaboration workflows.
    • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
    • Exposure to CI/CD tools and practices such as Jenkins, Docker, or DevOps environments is a plus.
    • Experience in financial systems or certification in software testing (e.g., CTFL, CTAL) is considered an advantage.
