The position involves defining test scenarios, executing functional validations, and progressively expanding automation coverage. Accountabilities:
- Participate in agile sprints by defining test scenarios and executing manual tests across web, desktop, and mobile applications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure readiness for test execution and quality validation
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts using modern tools and best practices
- Contribute to the evolution of CI pipelines by implementing Quality Gates and automated testing structures
- Support integration between automation frameworks and project/test management systems
- Propose and implement improvements in processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and product quality
- Assist in mentoring and enabling team members in testing practices, tools, and automation strategies
- Proven experience in manual and automated testing using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Zephyr
- Experience working with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or similar technologies
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of databases and data validation
- Experience with BDD practices and Cucumber for test scenario definition
- Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, and reporting
- Experience working in agile development environments
