This role plays a key part in strengthening the performance and experience of the retail direct sales channel through strategic training initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and executing learning strategies that enhance the capabilities of resellers across multiple beauty brands, ensuring consistency in customer experience both in physical and digital journeys. The position operates in a highly collaborative ecosystem, working closely with commercial, category, and communication teams to align training efforts with business priorities. It is a strategic and hands-on role focused on driving sales effectiveness, improving engagement, and supporting the adoption of new tools and processes. You will also use data and performance indicators to identify opportunities and build targeted development actions. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for structuring and delivering training strategies that directly impact the performance and engagement of the retail direct sales channel.

• Design and execute training strategies for the multi-brand direct sales channel, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and reseller experience
• Support channel performance improvement through analysis of key indicators such as revenue drivers and growth metrics
• Develop and sustain training journeys for physical and digital sales channels, supporting technology adoption and process standardization
• Create action plans to address critical satisfaction issues and performance gaps within the reseller network
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer of sales techniques, commercial practices, and best execution standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales channels, categories, and communications to maximize training impact and efficiency

Requirements:

We are looking for a professional with experience in training, commercial environments, and project coordination, with strong analytical and communication skills.

• Completed degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
• Experience in retail channels, communications, categories, or commercial environments
• Experience in project management and cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets and Presentations)
• Familiarity with using AI tools to optimize processes and daily workflows
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Experience in training or learning methodologies will be considered a strong differential
