This role is focused on designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that support critical business decisions and analytics initiatives. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including product owners, business analysts, data architects, and software engineers, to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. The position involves hands-on development across data engineering and analytics domains, including ETL processes, data warehouses, BI platforms, and big data ecosystems. You will contribute to the creation of scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting systems that enable strategic insights. Accountabilities:

• Gather and analyze business needs and technical requirements in collaboration with product owners, analysts, architects, and database specialists to ensure alignment between business goals and data solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain technical artifacts such as data models, flows, interfaces, and system documentation supporting ETL, BI, DW/DM, Big Data, MDM, Data Quality, and Analytics solutions.
• Build and evolve data solutions including dashboards, analytical reports, monitoring tools, and structured data repositories to support business intelligence and decision-making.
• Participate in agile development teams, planning sprint deliverables, estimating tasks, and ensuring timely execution of backlog items while proactively identifying risks and impediments.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team to ensure proper understanding of implemented systems and their relationship with business requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, ensuring high-quality delivery standards and alignment with architectural guidelines.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in Information Technology or related field (minimum 360 hours).
• Postgraduate degree in IT or equivalent specialization is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with data engineering, analytics, BI, ETL processes, or data warehousing environments.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, relational and analytical databases, and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with technologies related to Big Data, Data Quality, MDM, and reporting/visualization tools is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) or Professional Scrum Developer (PSD) are a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in complex technical environments.
