Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end full stack solutions, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, security, and compliance within a regulated fintech environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud-based architectures.
- Build and evolve microservices, APIs (REST/OpenAPI), and distributed systems aligned with financial industry standards.
- Ensure API governance, versioning, security, and compliance with regulatory and financial requirements.
- Implement observability strategies including logs, metrics, and tracing to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Work with financial integrations such as PIX, Open Finance, SPB, STR, and other regulated ecosystems.
- Apply software architecture principles such as DDD, Clean Architecture, and event-driven design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to DevSecOps practices, ensuring secure CI/CD pipelines and resilient deployments.
- Develop authentication and identity solutions using OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, and IAM systems.
- Ensure system resilience using patterns such as retries, circuit breakers, and fallback strategies.
- Participate in testing strategies, including unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
- Strong experience with full stack development using technologies such as .NET, Node.js, and Angular.
- Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, and distributed systems.
- Experience with financial-grade security standards including OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, and FAPI.
- Knowledge of financial integrations such as PIX, Open Finance, SPB, STR, and BACEN-regulated APIs.
- Familiarity with registries and antifraud systems such as CIP, CERC, ClearSale, and Serasa.
- Experience with messaging and data systems such as RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps principles.
- Knowledge of observability practices including logs, metrics, and distributed tracing.
- Experience with identity management, federated authentication, and IAM systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical architecture.
- Good communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of LGPD, data protection, and financial compliance principles.
- Experience with DDD, Clean Architecture, and resilient system design patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fields.
