This role is designed for a mid-level software engineer who will contribute to the development and evolution of complex systems using modern backend technologies. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems while ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs.

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and Python
• Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs and system services
• Analyze functional and technical requirements to define effective solutions
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability
• Maintain and enhance existing systems, ensuring performance and scalability improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and agile ceremonies
• Prepare technical documentation and support reporting for internal decision-making processes

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a mid-level backend developer with strong technical foundations and the ability to work autonomously in complex environments.

• Solid experience with Node.js and Python in backend development
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
• Proven experience working on medium to high complexity projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong ownership mindset
• Experience with requirement analysis, debugging, and production troubleshooting
• Nice to have: experience with AI technologies such as LangChain or FastAPI
• Nice to have: exposure to Azure OpenAI or open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA)
• Nice to have: knowledge of prompt engineering, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
• Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (completed or in progress)
