Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead the monitoring and analysis of strategic performance indicators while supporting the development of scalable analytical capabilities across the organization.

• Monitor, consolidate, and analyze key business KPIs to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and facilitate weekly performance meetings with key stakeholders
• Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities in data, translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
• Support leadership in diagnosing business scenarios and defining strategic directions
• Contribute to the structuring of performance processes, methodologies, and analytical frameworks
• Build and improve analytical models and automations to enhance insight generation capabilities
• Act as a technical reference point for data analysis and business intelligence best practices
