Analista Jurídico Sênior

This role plays a key part in ensuring legal security, risk mitigation, and strategic legal support across a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment. You will be responsible for managing both contentious and advisory legal matters, working closely with internal stakeholders and external law firms to safeguard the organization’s interests. The position involves overseeing judicial and administrative litigation, supporting contract structuring, and providing legal guidance across multiple business areas. You will also contribute to corporate governance activities, regulatory compliance, and internal decision-making processes by delivering high-quality legal analysis and reporting. Operating in a highly collaborative and agile environment, this role requires a strong balance between technical legal expertise and business-oriented thinking. Accountabilities:

• Manage and oversee strategic civil and tax litigation cases, directly or through coordination of external law firms.
• Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings, ensuring deadline compliance, quality of legal defenses, and alignment of legal strategy.
• Review and validate legal documents and court filings, including preparation for hearings and alignment with external counsel and witnesses.
• Prepare and analyze legal and managerial reports related to litigation and administrative processes.
• Provide legal advisory support to internal business units to mitigate risks and prevent disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including financial, corporate, and asset-related agreements.
• Prepare corporate legal documents such as meeting minutes, shareholder agreements, and assembly records.
• Represent the organization in court hearings and interactions with public agencies when required.
• Support legal aspects of strategic negotiations, ensuring legal compliance and risk assessment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of legal processes, efficiency, and operational best practices.
• Ensure legal compliance, document integrity, and protection of organizational interests across all activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Direito).
• Postgraduate specialization in Tax, Civil, or Corporate Law.
• Strong experience in litigation (civil and/or tax) and corporate legal advisory.
• Solid knowledge of contract law and corporate documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with legal technologies and artificial intelligence tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex legal demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in agribusiness is a plus.
