Accountabilities:

• Provide direct support to lawyers in labor law cases and related legal activities.
• Update and manage case information in internal systems and track procedural progress in court platforms.
• Monitor ongoing legal processes, ensuring accurate follow-up and documentation of all case developments.
• Assist in negotiating settlements and handling administrative procedures related to case compliance.
• Support administrative and operational legal tasks, contributing to the efficiency of the legal team’s workflow.

Requirements:

• Currently studying Law or Law graduate without active OAB registration (mandatory).
• Knowledge of labor law principles and practices.
• Experience using court websites and judicial systems for case tracking.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and ability to work in a collaborative and structured environment.
• PCD (Person with Disability) status with valid medical documentation required for application.
