Accountabilities:

The Analista Pedagógico will support the development and implementation of educational initiatives, ensuring pedagogical quality, effective communication, and continuous improvement of learning experiences. This role requires collaboration with educators, schools, and internal teams to create impactful materials and training programs.

• Create and review pedagogical materials, ensuring conceptual consistency, clarity, and alignment with educational objectives.
• Conduct teacher training sessions using strong communication skills, pedagogical knowledge, and sensitivity to different school contexts.
• Deliver presentations and meetings with families, introducing educational projects in an accessible, inspiring, and welcoming way.
• Participate in events and project experiences, representing educational initiatives through meaningful interactions and presentations.
• Conduct research and listening processes with teachers and schools, organizing and analyzing insights to improve projects and support expansion.
• Collaborate with different teams to continuously improve educational materials and learning experiences.
• Support initiatives involving artificial intelligence and education, helping integrate technology with effective teaching practices.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a strong educational background, experience working with teachers or learning environments, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly. This professional should be organized, curious, and motivated by the opportunity to innovate in education through technology.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related areas.
• Experience working with teachers and classrooms, as an educator, trainer, or pedagogical support professional.
• Strong public speaking skills and confidence in conducting training sessions and presentations.
• Analytical and curious mindset, with the ability to research, organize, and interpret feedback and educational data.
• Excellent organization skills, clear writing abilities, and effective deadline management.
• Ability to collaborate with different teams and adapt communication to diverse audiences.
• Interest in educational innovation, artificial intelligence, and the transformation of learning experiences.
