Analista QA

Accountabilities:

• Design, create, and execute detailed test plans covering functional, non-functional, integration, and exploratory testing scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency, scalability, and software quality.
• Perform API testing, performance testing, and scenario-based validation across different application environments.
• Identify, document, track, and support the resolution of defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyze test execution results and generate clear reports to support product quality decisions.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure applications meet business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Maintain technical testing documentation and ensure testing processes remain updated and standardized.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and testing processes.
• Support and mentor team members by sharing knowledge, best practices, and technical guidance.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and collaborate within Scrum or Kanban environments to ensure delivery quality.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree completed in Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of multiple testing methodologies, including functional, non-functional, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Experience with API testing and performance testing practices.
• Proficiency in at least one test automation tool such as Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies.
• Ability to create maintainable, scalable, and efficient automated test scripts.
• Experience working with testing frameworks and BDD (Behavior Driven Development) methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
• Solid SQL knowledge for writing queries and validating data within relational databases.
• Experience working in agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Strong documentation skills, including the creation of test plans, reports, and technical records.
• Experience testing web, mobile, and API applications is considered a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes is desirable.
• Experience with security testing practices is a plus.
• Availability for occasional on-site activities in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
