In this role, you will act as a senior technical reference within a highly complex and mission-critical Salesforce environment, supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives in the telecommunications sector. You will contribute directly to the design, evolution, and stability of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions that power customer experience across sales, service, and data platforms. Working in a collaborative and agile ecosystem, you will ensure high standards of scalability, performance, security, and governance across all deliveries. You will also play a key role in guiding technical decisions, improving development practices, and supporting continuous delivery processes. This position combines hands-on technical execution with architectural influence and cross-team collaboration. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical strategy. You will contribute to architectural decisions, support development teams, and help maintain high standards of quality, scalability, and security across platforms.

• Implement and sustain Salesforce solutions aligned with technical leadership guidelines and architecture standards
• Support the design and evolution of multi-cloud environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Participate in technical forums, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement in delivery pipelines
• Contribute to integration strategies between systems, ensuring secure and efficient data flows
• Support troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance tuning in complex environments
• Promote DevOps practices, including CI/CD, version control, and release management

Requirements:

You are expected to bring strong experience in Salesforce ecosystems, technical leadership exposure, and the ability to operate in complex, distributed environments. A solid foundation in software engineering principles and cloud-based architectures is essential.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or senior contributor in complex Salesforce projects
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industries (Telecom preferred)
• Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and performance optimization
• Experience with security models (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Shield when applicable)
• Solid understanding of integrations, data models, metadata, and platform limits
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices, and release management
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in production environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., App Builder, CPQ, CRMA Analytics) are a plus
• Intermediate English is considered a differential
