  • Collaborate closely with internal wholesalers and sales support teams to coordinate proposals, product expertise, client servicing, and field activities.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce account information, documentation, and activity records while ensuring high data quality across assigned accounts.
  • Manage scheduling, travel, expenses, and territory resources effectively to maximize client engagement and business impact.
  • Take ownership of individual goals, performance objectives, and execution standards while contributing to broader team success.
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of sales experience within the annuity and life insurance industry, preferably with significant experience in the IMO annuity channel.
    • Demonstrated success in wholesaling, relationship management, and growing sales within the insurance or financial services sector.
    • Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with senior distribution partners, sales leaders, and decision-makers.
    • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
    • Strong communication, presentation, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term relationship development with short-term sales objectives.
    • Strong organizational and territory-management skills, with the ability to prioritize activities and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
    • Collaborative approach and the ability to leverage internal resources to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
    • Ability to quickly learn and communicate new products, procedures, workflows, and market developments.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and familiarity with expense and activity management processes.
    • Series 7 and 63 licenses, along with Life & Health licensing, or the ability to obtain required licenses quickly.
    • Willingness to travel extensively based on client needs and territory requirements.
    • Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and maintain accountability for sales and relationship outcomes.
    • Benefits:

      • Base salary of $75,000.
      • Monthly variable incentive compensation tied to performance.
      • Significant autonomy in managing client relationships, territory priorities, and daily activities.
