You will use your performance expertise to create and evaluate high-quality Arabic speech data for advanced AI models.
The role combines professional voice acting with linguistic evaluation, annotation, and AI-assisted workflows.
You will help assess pronunciation, tone, pacing, emotional expression, and regional variations to improve voice quality and authenticity.
Working remotely, you will collaborate with a team focused on making AI-generated speech more natural, accurate, and engaging.
Your expertise can directly influence voice experiences used across areas such as education, entertainment, and accessibility.

Accountabilities

• Record scripted speech material in Arabic, delivering clear, natural, expressive, and consistent performances.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech samples for linguistic accuracy, pronunciation, naturalness, tone, pacing, and emotional expression.
• Identify and annotate pronunciation, language, delivery, or other speech-quality issues in AI-generated outputs.
• Provide detailed and actionable feedback to help improve Arabic voice models and training data.
• Assess regional and linguistic variations in Arabic and provide expert input where relevant.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine prompts, evaluation methods, annotation approaches, and voice design guidelines.
• Apply professional voice-acting judgment to help ensure training data meets high standards of clarity, authenticity, and consistency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in Arabic voice acting, dubbing, narration, broadcasting, or a closely related performance field.
• Strong command of spoken Arabic, with the ability to deliver nuanced and natural speech.
• Excellent understanding of pronunciation, tone, pacing, emotional expression, and vocal delivery.
• Experience with voice training, coaching, linguistic annotation, or AI evaluation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle issues in speech quality and linguistic accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide structured and precise feedback.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and evaluating technology-generated speech.
• Ability to work independently and consistently within project guidelines and quality standards.
• Access to a high-quality recording setup, including a reliable microphone and a quiet environment suitable for professional recordings.
• Stable internet connection and a secure computer suitable for remote project work.
