This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Arquiteto de Integrações - DevSecOps / Plataforma OpenShift based in Brazil.

This role focuses on designing, evolving, and securing enterprise-scale integration platforms based on modern cloud-native technologies.
You will contribute to the architecture and operation of critical Kubernetes and OpenShift environments within a DevSecOps-focused ecosystem.
The position combines platform engineering, automation, security practices, and reliability management.
You will work with multidisciplinary teams to improve infrastructure capabilities and deliver scalable solutions.

Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for architecting, operating, and continuously improving critical platform environments, ensuring security, availability, and operational excellence. Main responsibilities include:

  • Design, administer, and evolve mission-critical Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift environments.
  • Define and implement DevSecOps practices to strengthen platform security and operational efficiency.
  • Automate infrastructure and operational processes to improve scalability and reliability.
  • Ensure platform availability, performance, monitoring, and security standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex incidents and support the resolution of critical environment issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous platform improvements.
  • Establish and promote best practices related to infrastructure, containers, observability, automation, and security.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and the evolution of enterprise technology platforms.
  • Support knowledge sharing and technical guidance within the DevSecOps environment.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate has strong experience with cloud-native platforms, DevSecOps practices, and enterprise infrastructure management. Required qualifications include:

    • Solid experience with Kubernetes and/or Red Hat OpenShift environments.
    • Strong knowledge of Linux administration.
    • Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices, automation, and platform security.
    • Experience operating, administering, and supporting OpenShift clusters.
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot and manage critical production environments.
    • At least 5 years of experience working with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux, and DevSecOps technologies.
    • Strong understanding of container platforms, infrastructure automation, and reliability practices.
    • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and communicate complex concepts effectively.
    • Relevant certifications are considered a plus, including:
      • Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280).
      • Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Automation and Management (EX380).
      • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
      • Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
      • Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS).
      • Certified GitOps Associate (CGOA).
