In this role, you will lead the design and evolution of robust, scalable, and high-performance software architectures within a modern, agile environment. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions. As a senior architect, you will define architectural standards, ensure alignment with best practices, and guide the implementation of cloud-native and microservices-based systems. You will play a critical role in driving innovation, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring system quality across multiple projects. Accountabilities:

• Design and define scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures aligned with business requirements and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and agile teams to understand needs and translate them into architectural solutions and technical strategies.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across development teams.
• Ensure systems meet key quality attributes such as scalability, availability, performance, and security.
• Define system structure, integration patterns, and technical frameworks, including APIs, microservices, and service mesh architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, supporting decision-making and problem-solving.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and approaches to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring architectural consistency from design to deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong experience (6+ years) in software architecture within agile development environments.
• Expertise in .NET or Python ecosystems, with solid understanding of backend and distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge of design patterns, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and RESTful API design.
• Experience with microservices architecture, including service discovery, configuration management, logging, circuit breakers, containers, and autoscaling.
• Familiarity with reactive architecture principles (responsive, resilient, elastic, message-driven systems).
• Experience with cloud-native applications, service mesh, and integration patterns such as ESB.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment models.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
