This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ARQUITETO DE TI .NET in Brazil.

This role is a key technical leadership position focused on shaping the architecture of modern, scalable .NET systems within a large and evolving enterprise environment. You will define and evolve reference architectures based on .NET 8/9, guiding teams in adopting best practices such as API-first design, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Acting as a strategic and hands-on architect, you will influence decisions across development, infrastructure, and security while enabling the transition from monolithic systems to distributed, resilient platforms. The environment is highly collaborative and innovation-driven, requiring close interaction with engineering, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders. You will also play a central role in ensuring performance, observability, and governance across the entire software ecosystem. This position is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong architectural vision and leadership capability.

Accountabilities

You will define, guide, and govern the architecture of enterprise .NET solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business and technical strategy. You will also play a key role in modernization initiatives and technical leadership across teams.

  • Define and evolve corporate reference architecture using .NET 8/9, API-first principles, and standardized integration patterns.
  • Lead the decomposition of monolithic systems into microservices, designing bounded contexts and event-driven architectures.
  • Establish architectural standards for SLIs/SLOs, scalability, resilience, and capacity planning across systems.
  • Design and oversee integrations using SQL Server, EF Core, caching strategies (Redis), and messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
  • Define and govern CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including quality gates, versioning strategies, and automated testing practices.
  • Establish observability standards using logs, metrics, and distributed tracing with tools such as OpenTelemetry, ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Ensure security and compliance across systems, applying OWASP standards, OAuth2/OIDC, TLS/mTLS, and secure secrets management.
  • Mentor technical teams, lead RFC/ADR processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across business, infrastructure, and security domains.
  • Requirements

You bring strong experience in .NET architecture and enterprise-grade software engineering, with a solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native design, and modern DevOps practices.

    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Strong experience with C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, middleware, dependency injection, worker services).
    • Deep knowledge of software architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, and event-driven systems (SAGA, Outbox).
    • Advanced experience with SQL Server, including performance tuning, indexing, and transactional design using EF Core.
    • Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka, including retries, idempotency, and DLQ handling.
    • Strong background in cloud-native development using Docker and Kubernetes, with exposure to scalability and resilience concepts.
    • Experience designing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and implementing automated quality and security checks.
    • Strong knowledge of application security, including OAuth2/OIDC, OWASP practices, TLS/mTLS, and secrets management tools.
    • Experience with observability stacks such as OpenTelemetry, ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
    • Ability to produce technical documentation such as RFCs, ADRs, and system architecture diagrams (C4 model).
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and agents.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across teams.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive compensation and market-aligned benefits package.
      • Comprehensive health and dental insurance coverage.
      • Life insurance and financial protection benefits.
      • Private pension plan with company contribution.
      • Home office and remote work support allowances.
      • Meal and food allowance via flexible benefits card.
      • Childcare assistance for eligible dependents.
      • Annual bonuses such as holiday and wellness incentives.
      • Education support for professional development after tenure eligibility.
      • Wellness platform access supporting fitness and health activities.
      • Additional perks including tourism and leisure subsidies.
