This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Arquiteto ServiceNow based in Brazil.

This is a remote opportunity for a technology professional focused on the architecture, development, and continuous evolution of the ServiceNow platform.
The role combines platform customization, system integrations, Java development, automation, and workflow design.
You will help ensure the platform remains stable, scalable, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
The position involves working across different systems and technologies to create efficient and integrated solutions.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement and the adoption of software development best practices.

Accountabilities

• Develop and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform, leveraging its core capabilities and modules.

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise tools and systems.

• Develop applications and supporting solutions using Java and API integrations.

• Provide ongoing platform support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring reliable operation.

• Implement automations, workflows, and process improvements within the platform.

• Apply software development best practices to ensure maintainable, secure, and efficient solutions.

• Contribute to the continuous evolution and improvement of the ServiceNow environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a postgraduate qualification in a related technology field.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and its main modules and capabilities.

• Practical experience with Java development and API integrations.

• Experience creating automations and workflows within ServiceNow or comparable enterprise platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex technical environments.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience working in highly complex corporate environments is considered a plus.
