This role is part of a regional HR Operations team responsible for ensuring the consistent, accurate, and timely execution of core HR processes across multiple Latin American countries.
You will play a key role in managing end-to-end operational workflows such as hiring, compensation changes, contract renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex, multi-country HR environments with varying legal and administrative requirements.
You will serve as a key point of contact for operational HR inquiries, ensuring clear communication between employees, stakeholders, and internal teams.
A high level of confidentiality, organization, and problem-solving ability is essential in this role due to the sensitive nature of the information handled.
You will collaborate closely with HR colleagues, operations teams, and external providers to ensure smooth HR service delivery.

Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operational processes including hiring, compensation updates, contract renewals, and terminations according to established policies and country-specific requirements.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, tracking, and maintenance in HR systems, including documentation and internal forms.
  • Prepare employment-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, amendments, and termination documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including payroll providers and HR operations teams, to ensure timely and accurate process execution.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR processes, providing clear guidance or redirecting to appropriate contacts when needed.
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure all required employee data is properly collected and processed.
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and ensure timely renewals or appropriate actions are taken.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies, data retention guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Track service metrics and support reporting activities related to HR operations performance.
  • Assist with compensation processes, merit cycles, and other HR operational projects as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams across the region to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 1 year in HR, administrative, or operational roles.
    • Experience handling administrative processes such as documentation, reporting, and data management.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Proficiency with HR systems and digital tools (e.g., ERP platforms, Workday, Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and similar applications).
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
    • High attention to detail and strong accuracy in handling sensitive HR data.
    • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment while maintaining adaptability to different country requirements.
    • Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
    • Previous experience in HR operations or similar shared services environments is a plus.
