Accountabilities:
As a Social Media Intelligence Assistant, you will support digital monitoring activities, helping brands understand online conversations and improve their presence across social platforms. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring comments, mentions, and conversations about brands across social networks and digital channels.
- Conducting social listening activities to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and relevant insights for brand strategies.
- Engaging with users when necessary, representing brands with clarity, empathy, and alignment with their communication style.
- Organizing and prioritizing high volumes of information while maintaining accuracy, quality, and agility in deliveries.
- Preparing recurring reports with analysis, learnings, and strategic recommendations based on monitored conversations.
- Supporting brand health management by identifying detractors, potential crises, spam, and opportunities for community engagement.
- Managing administrative routines related to the area, including time tracking, OKR updates, and timely delivery of reports.
- Participating in internal and client meetings, supporting presentations and strategic discussions.
- Using Artificial Intelligence tools and monitoring platforms to improve analysis processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with different teams to support decisions based on data and consumer behavior insights.
- Previous experience with social media monitoring, social listening, community management, or similar digital activities.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to interact publicly on behalf of brands.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform conversations and data into strategic insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and simultaneous demands with organization and autonomy.
- Knowledge of major social platforms and their behaviors, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Kwai.
- Strong time management skills, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with teams, communicate with clients, and work effectively in a remote environment.
- Curiosity about technology and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar solutions.
- Previous experience in advertising agencies, marketing teams, or digital environments is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of social monitoring platforms such as Buzzmonitor, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Stilingue, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Experience creating social listening reports, insight presentations, community management strategies, or supporting digital crisis management is desirable.
- A proactive, curious mindset with interest in testing new technologies to improve workflows and analysis.
- Autonomy to manage and execute assigned activities.
