Accountabilities:
- Prepare and coordinate activities related to network implementation, operation, and maintenance processes.
- Provide first-level (N1) technical support to clients, ensuring timely and efficient assistance.
- Collect and analyze information to support fault identification and initial troubleshooting activities.
- Monitor operational network environments, identify incidents or failures, and open support tickets when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining service quality and operational continuity through proactive monitoring and communication.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve network-related issues efficiently.
- Follow operational procedures and service standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support daily NOC operations in a structured, fast-paced, and customer-oriented environment.
- Technical education completed or currently in progress in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking, or related technical fields.
- Basic English and/or Spanish skills, with conversational abilities considered a plus.
- Availability to work in a shift-based schedule model.
- Interest in telecommunications, network monitoring, and technical support operations.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills in collaborative environments.
- Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Familiarity with networking concepts or monitoring tools is considered an advantage.
