Assistente de Operações de Cyber Security

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Assistente de Operações de Cyber Security based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote opportunity supporting the day-to-day organization of a Cyber Security operation.
You will help coordinate team activities, track demands and deadlines, and keep operational information accurate and up to date.
The role combines organization, communication, data analysis, and an interest in technology and cybersecurity.
You will also contribute to operational indicators, dashboards, and automation initiatives that improve team efficiency.
The position offers exposure to a cybersecurity environment and the opportunity to develop practical knowledge of security operations.
You will work with different stakeholders while helping ensure that priorities, tasks, and deliverables remain visible and organized.
It is well suited to someone proactive and detail-oriented who wants to build a career at the intersection of operations, technology, and Cyber Security.

Accountabilities

• Monitor the tasks and activities of the Cyber Security team, ensuring priorities and progress remain visible.

• Follow up on ongoing requests, deliverables, and deadlines, proactively identifying items that require attention.

• Keep operational information, task statuses, and activity records accurate and up to date.

• Support the creation and improvement of operational indicators and dashboards.

• Assist the team with automation initiatives designed to streamline recurring activities and improve efficiency.

• Facilitate communication and coordination between different team members and stakeholders.

• Provide general operational support to help the cybersecurity team maintain an organized and efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with different people and teams.

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow up consistently on multiple activities.

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, particularly Power BI.

• Genuine interest in technology and Cyber Security.

• Proactive and collaborative approach to completing tasks and supporting team objectives.

• Ability to manage information accurately and maintain visibility over deadlines and priorities.

• Nice to have: Currently pursuing studies in Cyber Security, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Nice to have: Previous experience creating or monitoring operational indicators and dashboards.
