This role is part of a dynamic financial backoffice team responsible for ensuring accuracy, control, and efficiency across key operational processes. The professional will play a central role in supporting accounts receivable activities, contract management, and system updates that keep financial operations running smoothly. Accountabilities:
- Support the financial backoffice routine by ensuring accurate records of client information, contracts, and payments across internal systems.
- Perform customer onboarding and registration in financial platforms, including updates, migrations, and cancellations when needed.
- Execute payment reconciliation activities, ensuring proper payment postings and control of accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain and update contract management systems, including subscription and lifecycle tracking.
- Support commercial and financial teams with operational demands, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Update spreadsheets and internal controls, ensuring data integrity and traceability for audits and analysis.
- Undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (completed or in progress).
- Previous experience in administrative or financial roles, especially in operational support or accounts receivable.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and intermediate Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, and data organization).
- Understanding of financial processes and basic financial mathematics.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and process discipline.
- Proactive attitude with ability to work in structured workflows and meet deadlines.
