Associate Account Executive
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Account Executive based in Brazil.
This role is focused on driving enterprise software sales within large, complex global organizations, engaging senior stakeholders to position innovative technology solutions that modernize critical business systems.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through to closing strategic deals.
The position requires strong commercial acumen, consultative selling skills, and the ability to operate effectively in high-value, multi-stakeholder environments.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales engineering, and technical teams to build tailored customer solutions.
A key part of the role is developing strong territory strategies and consistently delivering against revenue targets.
You will also act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring strong satisfaction and long-term relationships.
This is a high-growth sales role where performance, influence, and execution directly impact business expansion.
Accountabilities:
- Manage and grow a pipeline of enterprise software opportunities across assigned territory, focusing on Global 1000 clients.
- Sell a portfolio of infrastructure and application software solutions that support enterprise system modernization.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve revenue targets and strategic growth objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and extended teams (sales engineers, product specialists, and technical groups) to generate leads and support campaigns.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions with senior stakeholders, understanding business needs, challenges, and industry dynamics.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity tracking using CRM tools (Salesforce), ensuring consistent reporting.
- Support pricing and contract negotiations in coordination with sales leadership.
- Act as a customer advocate throughout the sales cycle, ensuring high satisfaction and referenceability.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise software sales, ideally in solution-based selling environments.
- Strong communication skills with business-level fluency in English and either Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and resilience in achieving sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and forecast management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
