You will join a fast-paced, performance-driven growth environment focused on scaling customer acquisition across multiple digital and offline channels. The role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys combining analytics with hands-on execution. You will support campaigns that directly impact business growth by improving acquisition efficiency and expanding partner ecosystems. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Creative, and Growth, you will help coordinate campaigns from setup to optimization. Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for supporting and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, ensuring operational excellence and performance optimization across campaigns.
- Identify and research potential affiliate partners, creators, and influencers to expand acquisition channels.
- Execute and support end-to-end campaign operations across affiliate networks, direct mail, and paid social channels.
- Assist in onboarding and managing marketing partners while maintaining strong ongoing relationships.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Support budget allocation, creative adjustments, and performance optimizations using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Creative, Brand, GTM) to execute coordinated campaigns.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Share learnings and insights to support continuous improvement of growth initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or multi-channel growth roles.
- Experience working with at least one acquisition channel (Affiliate, Paid Social, Influencer, or Direct Mail).
- Familiarity with marketing and attribution tools such as PartnerStack, Impact, or ad management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data, metrics, and campaign performance.
- Exposure to A/B testing and optimization methodologies (a plus).
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and campaign efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
