This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Auxiliar de RH – Foco em Experiência do Colaborador (Exclusiva para PCD) based in Brazil.
This is a fully remote HR opportunity focused on creating a smooth, welcoming, and compliant employee journey from recruitment through onboarding and beyond.
You will support key HR processes, including candidate coordination, admissions, documentation, onboarding, and employee support.
The role combines operational organization with a strong focus on empathy, communication, and employee experience.
You will help monitor the first 90 days of an employee's journey and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and retention.
There is also room to improve HR workflows by identifying bottlenecks, standardizing processes, and exploring automation.
The position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, ethical, and comfortable working with confidential information.

Accountabilities:
- Support recruitment and selection activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and preparation of offer letters, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience through acceptance.
- Manage the complete employee admission process, including documentation, employment contracts, medical examinations, and registration in relevant systems for payroll, benefits, and time management, ensuring legal compliance.
- Support and coordinate onboarding and integration activities, including welcome materials, company presentations, and learning journeys.
- Monitor the employee experience during the first 90 days and throughout the employee journey through engagement surveys and employee support channels.
- Identify potential retention risks and help develop actions to improve engagement and reduce early turnover.
- Respond to employee questions and provide empathetic, timely support throughout different stages of the employee journey.
- Identify bottlenecks in recruitment, admission, and onboarding workflows and propose process standardization and automation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR information and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal procedures.
- Knowledge of employee onboarding processes and HR routines.
- Experience with personnel administration, admissions, and related HR processes.
- Experience or exposure to employee journey or employee experience initiatives.
- Previous experience providing support or service to internal employees.
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to organize, control, and analyze information using spreadsheets.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new HR systems, platforms, and digital tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple demands and sensitive documentation.
- Empathetic and welcoming communication style, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and employees.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to anticipate issues and identify improvements.
- High level of discretion and ethics when handling personal and confidential information.
- Process-oriented approach, with an interest in organization, standardization, and documentation.
- Experience with platforms such as ADP, Gupy, or Qulture Rocks is a plus.
- Familiarity with or interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to HR routines is an advantage.
