In this role, you will support multi-site dental organizations by managing and optimizing their revenue cycle workflows, with a strong focus on billing, claims, and insurance collections. You will act as a trusted operational partner to dental practices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial processes. Working fully remotely, you will collaborate closely with practice teams to identify issues, resolve denials, and improve reimbursement outcomes. This position combines hands-on dental billing expertise with client-facing advisory responsibilities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. You will also play a key role in strengthening client retention by delivering high-quality support and proactive communication. Success in this role requires both technical knowledge of dental revenue cycles and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.


Accountabilities

In this role, you will oversee and support revenue cycle operations for multi-site dental clients, ensuring billing accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement while acting as a key operational advisor.

  • Manage end-to-end dental revenue cycle workflows, including billing, claims submission, payment posting, and collections support for multi-site practices.
  • Handle insurance claim denials and adjudication processes, working to resolve issues and optimize reimbursement outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to dental industry best practices and strict compliance with HIPAA/PHI confidentiality requirements.
  • Monitor account performance and support improvements in insurance collections and overall financial efficiency.
  • Communicate regularly with client stakeholders to identify challenges, document issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support client retention by meeting service expectations and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings, performance check-ins, and collaborate with internal leaders on operational improvements.
  • Requirements

    This role requires hands-on experience in dental billing and revenue cycle management, along with strong communication and operational problem-solving skills in a client-facing environment.

    • 2–3+ years of experience in dental billing, claims management, dental front office operations, or revenue cycle management (mandatory dental billing experience required).
    • Experience with AxiUm is strongly preferred or highly valuable.
    • Solid understanding of dental insurance processes, claim adjudication, and denial management workflows.
    • Familiarity with dental industry best practices and willingness to learn new systems and practice management tools.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
    • Ability to maintain professionalism, meet deadlines, and work independently within structured processes.
