This opportunity is designed for consultants who want to contribute to global digital transformation initiatives and support the development of inclusive digital ecosystems.
The role focuses on providing strategic expertise across innovation, entrepreneurship, technology development, and policy-related initiatives.
Selected consultants will contribute to research, analysis, capacity-building resources, and ecosystem acceleration programs with international impact.
You will work on diverse assignments that help organizations and communities unlock digital potential and strengthen innovation capabilities.
The position requires a combination of strategic thinking, research expertise, communication skills, and an understanding of emerging digital trends.
Consultants will collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to develop practical solutions that advance sustainable and inclusive digital development.

Accountabilities:

The consultant roster supports a variety of strategic assignments focused on accelerating digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem development. Consultants may be selected for specific projects based on their expertise and will contribute to research, advisory activities, capacity-building initiatives, and the creation of strategic resources.

• Conduct research and analysis on technology trends, digital transformation, innovation ecosystems, and policy developments.
• Develop strategic deliverables such as reports, frameworks, roadmaps, playbooks, guidelines, and recommendations.
• Support readiness assessments, gap analyses, and country or ecosystem case studies to identify opportunities for digital growth.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship programs at national, regional, or international levels.
• Provide strategic advice and technical expertise to support digital development initiatives and ecosystem-building activities.
• Create data-driven insights by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and multidisciplinary teams to develop impactful solutions and knowledge resources.
• Participate in forums, workshops, and engagement activities to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings experience in digital innovation, research, ecosystem development, and strategic consulting, with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable recommendations.

• University degree or equivalent advanced education in a relevant field related to digital development, technology, innovation, policy, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of professional experience relevant to digital transformation, innovation ecosystems, entrepreneurship, technology development, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications for socio-economic development.
• Proven research capabilities, including gathering information from diverse sources, synthesizing findings, and producing high-quality analytical outputs.
• Experience using data analysis to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support strategic recommendations.
• Ability to think creatively, apply systems thinking approaches, and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced proficiency in at least one official language (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, or Spanish); knowledge of an additional official language is an advantage.
• Additional technical or professional requirements may vary depending on the specific assignment.
