Blue Prism Professional Services Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Blue Prism Professional Services Consultant based in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of intelligent automation delivery and client advisory, helping organizations transform and scale their digital workforce through Blue Prism solutions.
You will act as both a technical expert and a trusted consultant, designing and delivering robust automation solutions while guiding clients on best practices and automation strategy.
The position involves working closely with enterprise customers to translate business needs into scalable technical designs and high-performing RPA solutions.
You will play a key role in ensuring solution quality, architectural integrity, and successful deployment across multiple client projects.
A strong consulting component is central to the role, including mentoring client teams and enabling long-term automation capability.
You will also identify opportunities to expand automation adoption and improve operational efficiency within client environments.
This is a high-impact role where technical excellence and client influence directly shape enterprise-wide automation outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Blue Prism automation solutions aligned with best practices and enterprise standards.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution architectures.
• Lead and support UAT activities, defect resolution, and quality assurance processes across automation projects.
• Act as a technical advisor for clients, guiding them on Blue Prism best practices and the Robotic Operating Model (ROM).
• Deliver workshops and enablement sessions to upskill client technical teams and promote automation self-sufficiency.
• Identify opportunities to expand automation within client organizations and support roadmap development.
• Perform peer reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of automation quality.
• Support multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development experience with exposure to enterprise or automation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism development and certification as Blue Prism Developer (Professional certifications are a strong plus).
• Strong programming skills in .NET or Python.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience integrating APIs and working with REST/SOAP web services.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills with the ability to act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
