Build Team Specialist, Contract

Accountabilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Build and configure VoIP phone systems, including call routing, forwarding, and device setup
- Integrate phone systems with external software to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Deliver virtual onboarding sessions and user training as part of implementation projects
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding users through resolution steps
- Diagnose technical problems and collaborate with internal teams when escalation is required
- Share insights and recommendations to improve processes and customer experience
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in technical support or customer service within SaaS or similar environments
- Hands-on experience with VoIP systems, SIP-based platforms, or cloud telephony solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong communication skills with empathy and professionalism
