Build Team Specialist, Contract

Accountabilities:

• Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Build and configure VoIP phone systems, including call routing, forwarding, and device setup
• Integrate phone systems with external software to ensure smooth operational workflows
• Deliver virtual onboarding sessions and user training as part of implementation projects
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding users through resolution steps
• Diagnose technical problems and collaborate with internal teams when escalation is required
• Share insights and recommendations to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in technical support or customer service within SaaS or similar environments
• Hands-on experience with VoIP systems, SIP-based platforms, or cloud telephony solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
• Strong communication skills with empathy and professionalism
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software systems
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup with own equipment
