Business Analyst Lead
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst Lead based in Brazil.

Accountabilities:
Acting as the functional lead across commerce initiatives, you will guide project teams in translating business needs into clear, actionable solutions and ensure alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams. You will be responsible for:
- Leading requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders
- Analyzing business documentation, processes, and system requirements
- Collaborating with Product Owners to define and refine features and user stories
- Supporting technical teams in breaking down requirements into executable tasks
- Managing and prioritizing product backlogs and ensuring delivery transparency
- Creating process flows, data diagrams, and functional documentation
- Participating in design sessions and supporting wireframe creation when needed
- Driving agile ceremonies, estimations, and scope definition activities
- Managing requirement changes, versioning, and change control processes
- Supporting QA activities, including test scenario definition and UAT planning
- Leading client demos, feedback sessions, and acceptance cycles
- Developing training materials and delivering user enablement sessions
- Reviewing deliverables from other analysts and ensuring quality standards
- Mentoring and guiding Business Analysts within the team
- Proven experience in client-facing roles (consulting, agency, or similar environments preferred)
- Hands-on experience with commerce or OMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, Shopify, SAP Hybris, Mirakl, Fluent Commerce)
- Strong ability to gather, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements
- Experience with data modeling, process mapping, and flow diagram creation
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Comfort working with distributed, global teams across time zones
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience in Scrum/Kanban environments
- Background in large-scale e-commerce projects
- Exposure to prototyping/design tools such as Figma or Sketch
