Accountabilities:

  • Conduct onboarding processes to ensure positive integration experiences for new employees.
  • Develop and execute internal communication, engagement, and endomarketing initiatives.
  • Support leadership teams on topics related to organizational culture, employee experience, climate, and talent development.
  • Manage HR operational routines, including task control systems, employee records, and internal HR platforms.
  • Structure and monitor learning journeys, employee engagement indicators, and well-being initiatives.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes, especially for marketing, advertising, and digital-related positions.
  • Build trusted relationships with employees and managers, acting as a strategic HR partner across teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on people management, communication, and organizational growth.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of innovative HR practices within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture.
  • Requirements:

    • Approximately 5 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on people management rather than payroll or administrative routines.
    • Previous experience working in dynamic environments, preferably within agencies, marketing companies, or digital businesses.
    • Strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and relationship-building capabilities.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to support leadership and organizational development initiatives.
    • Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced and evolving environments.
    • Experience conducting recruitment and selection processes for creative, marketing, or digital roles.
    • Familiarity with employee engagement, organizational climate, and talent development practices.
    • Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first work environment.
    • Experience using HR systems, task management platforms, or employee wellness tools is desirable.
    • Interest or familiarity with environments that leverage Artificial Intelligence as part of business strategy is considered a plus.
    • Collaborative mindset with strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
