Accountabilities:

  • Design, optimize, and scale end-to-end campaign workflows and operational processes to improve execution efficiency and quality.
  • Utilize project management and workflow tools such as Workfront and AI-driven solutions to automate manual tasks and streamline campaign delivery.
  • Lead campaign governance and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring campaigns meet operational, tracking, and readiness standards before launch.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, channel owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align timelines, dependencies, and execution priorities.
  • Monitor campaign progress and provide visibility into workflows, risks, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Develop documentation, process guidelines, and training materials to support scalable and standardized campaign execution practices.
  • Enable self-service campaign operations by empowering teams with efficient systems, frameworks, and operational support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational scalability across campaign management functions.
  • Support global marketing initiatives while maintaining consistency, quality, and operational best practices.
  • Promote the adoption of AI technologies and innovative operational approaches to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, project management, or related operational roles.
    • Strong experience designing and managing end-to-end campaign workflows and operational processes.
    • Hands-on experience with Workfront or similar project and workflow management platforms.
    • Experience building or scaling campaign operations systems, automation solutions, or operational frameworks.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a systems-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global cross-functional teams.
    • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or technology-driven environments.
    • Familiarity with AI technologies and ability to apply AI-driven tools to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high operational quality standards.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to process consistency and optimization.
