This role is focused on driving and expanding strategic channel partnerships across the LATAM region, with a strong emphasis on Brazil and Mexico. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem, generating pipeline, and accelerating customer acquisition through reseller and ISV relationships. Acting as a key connector between partners and internal teams, you will shape go-to-market strategies, influence revenue growth, and ensure partner success across the entire lifecycle. The environment is fast-paced, SaaS-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring strong ownership and cross-functional coordination. You will play a central role in developing new partnerships from the ground up while optimizing existing ones. This is a high-impact position with direct influence on regional growth and market expansion.


Accountabilities

In this role, you will manage and expand channel partnerships across LATAM, ensuring strong execution of joint strategies and revenue growth initiatives:

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with channel partners, including resellers and key stakeholders in the LATAM region.
  • Generate pipeline and support new customer acquisition through structured partner-led strategies.
  • Design and execute go-to-market plans with partners, including campaigns, webinars, training, and events.
  • Support partners in product positioning, deal strategy, and sales enablement to improve conversion and close rates.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to align messaging and initiatives.
  • Conduct business reviews (QBRs) with partner leadership and ensure alignment on performance and goals.
  • Manage partner compliance and resolve deal registration conflicts when necessary.
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings strong experience in channel sales or partnerships within SaaS or infrastructure environments, particularly in LATAM markets:

    • 4–6 years of experience in channel management or partner-facing roles, with strong focus on Brazil and Mexico.
    • Proven track record of building and growing revenue-generating partnerships, ideally from the ground up.
    • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (professional level required).
    • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or identity/access management solutions is highly desirable.
    • Strong ability to develop structured partner programs and go-to-market strategies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across technical and executive stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with tools such as Gong or Impartner is a plus.
