Accountabilities:
- Manage and convert qualified charter sales leads into successful bookings using company-provided opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Guide clients through the full booking lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
- Communicate effectively and professionally across multiple channels, including email, phone, Slack, and WhatsApp.
- Create customized travel solutions based on client needs, preferences, and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to sales reporting and pipeline tracking activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational coordination and continuous client support coverage.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules to manage urgent inquiries and time-sensitive travel requests.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury, high-ticket, hospitality, travel, or client-facing industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in fast-paced situations.
- Experience using CRM systems and communication tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and WhatsApp.
- Flexibility to participate in rotating schedules and manage client communications outside standard hours when needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and polished approach to customer interactions.
- Knowledge of private aviation, charter operations, or luxury travel is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with Avinode, cryptocurrency transactions, or private jet specifications is an advantage.
